If you have placed an order, received an email confirmation and a confirmation email of processing and dispatch, you should have your parcel within 10 working days.

If your order is delayed we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed. If you think that something has gone wrong, please contact us at any time.

If you have made an order for more than one item and we cannot for whatever reason send these to you at the same time, we may well post them separately. If this is the case we will cover any additional postage costs incurred and keep you informed.
